Suggested use: For most women, one full pump, once a day applied to the inner thighs, legs or upper arm areas is sufficient. For menstruating women, apply on days 12 through 27 of your cycle, assuming day one is when your period starts. For post-menopausal women, apply for 25 consecutive days followed by a five-day intermission.
